To stay in line with the CDC guidelines, masks are now required in our dealership. Our highest priority is the health and safety of our guests and staff in an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19. Thank you for your cooperation.

We are able to provide you with a mask if you do not have one available.

UPDATE- JUNE 2, 2021

With recent changes to Ohio Health and CDC requirements, we are pleased to announce mask wearing will no longer be required, and will be fully optional, inside our dealership. Krieger Ford is a mask friendly business for both customers and employees. Currently, any protective plastic dividers will be staying in place along with any 6ft social distancing reminder signage. We will continue to have Enviromaster treatments completed on Friday's. Employees will have masks available upon request. We are committed to everyone’s comfort and well-being. Thank you for your cooperation. We hope these small changes will help everyone feel some normalcy again.


Here at Krieger Ford, we are monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic very closely. We have made many enhancements to our cleaning procedures as well as taken necessary precautions as recommended by the CDC. This includes, but is not limited to, many hand sanitizing stations around the dealership and a mask requirement to enter our building. By implementing strict protocols regarding cleanliness in the dealership, we are continuing to put our customers and staff in the forefront of our business.

Sales

While our team members are on site ready to assist you, we understand you may not want to come into the dealership right away. We have made buying your next vehicle online easier than ever. You can now preview your deal online with our payment calculator, value your trade, and even take a virtual reality test drive. Our internet sales staff is available to answer any questions you may have during the process.

  • Our staff can accommodate HD video presentations of the vehicle and its overall condition.
  • All new vehicles undergo a pre-delivery inspection that can be sent to you via email.
  • All purchase or lease details and/or financing can be done over the phone or through our secured website.
  • All purchase or lease paperwork can be done securely through FedEx.
  • Vehicle delivery can be arranged right to your door.
  • Vehicle interiors will be fully disinfected prior to shipment.

Service

As a designated essential business, Krieger Ford will remain open throughout this pandemic. Your vehicle will need to continue maintenance and we are here to help keep you on the road safely. We offer many alternatives for your maintenance needs. We have created options for you with little to no in-person interaction.

  • We have installed plexiglass barriers and six-foot socially distanced markers around all service advisors and cashiers.
  • We offer an “Early Bird / Night Owl” drop off box. Leave your keys in the envelope with the form filled out as to what maintenance you need. Your service advisor will be in contact via phone or text to discuss your service needs.
  • We will use disinfecting wipes for any part of your vehicle that we touch. Including, but not limited to, your steering wheel, gear shift, turn signal, inside and outside door handles, and your radio.
  • Seat and steering wheel covers will be placed in your vehicle before entry.
  • Convenient payment options- such as Google and Apple Pay, or payment over the phone.
  • Once the service is complete, we can leave your sanitized keys in your car or you can stop in to pick them up.
  • Please note that we will be sanitizing all vehicles that come to our facility before they leave.
